2. The Agentic Nature of Service
Sparch is an "Agentic AI" designed to perform actions on the internet on your behalf.
- Authorization: You explicitly authorize Sparch to access third-party websites, retrieve information, and execute transactions (e.g., bookings, purchases) as instructed by you.
- Liability: You are solely responsible for all actions taken by the agent under your account. Sparch Inc. is not liable for unintended purchases, bookings, or communications resulting from ambiguous prompts or AI error.
3. AI Limitations
Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic, not deterministic. Sparch may occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations") or fail to complete a multi-step task. Users should verify critical details (flight times, reservation dates, financial transaction amounts) before confirming execution.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sparch Inc. and its licensors.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
